<b>Write a little backstory about your Organization<b>The Vice Kings are an African-American Mafia family which were initially established in Vice City back in 1982. The gang has been ran by several people claiming themselves as the 'Top King' of the group, mainly Isaiah Williams, who calls himself "Rogue" on the streets.

The Vice Kings recently moved their operations out of Vice City and into San Fierro where heat's a lot lower. A "job gone wrong" forced them to move out before the police were going to rain hell on their HQ. They have left with minimal funds and are trying to do their best to keep afloat.
